Well, then. Okay.
Hmph.
I have been thusly informed by the rain that I shall not be gardening or priming cabinets today. Or tomorrow. Cleaning the house feels sort of like labor camp when it is the only option.

I know the feeling.
We’ve had rain for two weeks straight. Merciful kerfluff! Geezamarooni! Housework DOES feel like forced labor when you can’t get outside. Puddle splashing? Rain dancing between laundry loads?
no rain here, but our temps have been really nice, only in the high 60′s to low 70′s. i’ll do yard work tomorrow…mostly weed eating… but i don’t mind really, i like getting dirty and smelling the yard :-)
Here, we have to get outside while we can before the next thunderstorm rolls in… and too bad if you forget about that vase of flowers on the patio table before the wind knocks it over and breaks it, or those chair cushions that were so soft and warm just an hour ago, now soaking wet!
we’ve just started planting new herbs and vegetables in our yard – it’s a new thing for us.
