As always, special thanks to Kathreen Ricketson at WhipUp.net for her support and promotion of fellow crafters and artists. Today, she is running listen + watch, a little piece that I wrote about my own creative process.

Gloves in my favorite color!
Followed the link, really enjoyed the interview and the little peek at your sketches which I hadn’t seen before.
Have missed you in blogland.

And that’s how I found your blog :) Subscribing now.
quote from your interview: “When a concept is evolving, I feel it physically. It is not unusual to find that I am sitting, eyes closed with hands, fingers spread wide, placed upon my chest, as if trying to extract the equation from within so that I can unfold this into an outward expression, a stamp of my most authentic self. These feelings, this immersion, always come first, and it is a sort of love affair with my ideas.”
I love that. As another “ideas person”, even though the form of my ideas is different from yours, our process feels similar. I love the way you state it. Thank you. You’ve given me something to ponder.
